Shipping area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping rates
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $150 or more
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 on orders under $150
- Express Shipping: $15.00
Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
Delivery time
Once shipped, Standard orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Express orders typically arrive faster. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us at emiliomosley.work@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.
