Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 ship for $8.00. Express shipping is available for $15.00. You'll see your options at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, Standard orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Express orders typically arrive faster.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Items should be unused and in their original condition. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
